Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a leading multinational Leisure company in its Russian office based in Moscow with full accommodation provided. This is an exciting company to join as they are rapidly expanding into various additional areas including construction, travel and direct sales. The financial will have full responsibility for the financial and operational controls of the Russian business. Main role and responsibilities: head the accounts and treasury function of its Russian operations; the role will be very hands-on and will involve the management of a team of administration staff producing monthly management accounts for Group reporting; dealing with all local management reporting issues, as well as front facing operational areas such as dealing with local tax authorities, banks, consumer finance providers. Key skills preferred: preferably bilingual in Russian and English; preferably a professional accounting qualification, either part or fully qualified or international equivalent; the role will be based entirely in Moscow, although travel to international offices will be required; as the operation is expanded through Russia, travel through Russia will also be required at some future stage.
