Job description
Our client is a rapidly expanding national Retailer, currently with c130 stores and an aggressive store opening plan covering the next 3 years. The business is trading fantastically in the current tough environment on the high street with strong like for like sales growth. The business is highly profitable and expects profits to growing rapidly as the store roll out program continues. An experienced Financial Controller is now required to take responsibility for most aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the business and to provide support to the FD and commercial support to the business. You will ideally have experience in a retail business or other similar multi-site operation. Experience of working in a private equity backed business would be both relevant and useful.
