Job description
My client is a major player operating within the Construction, Residential and Infrastructure arenas. They are now looking to recruit a talented Financial Controller to join a multidisciplinary team based in the north-west. You will be running a £100m turnover Joint Venture (JV) from the north-west office with a staff of circa 10. Reporting to the JV board, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting. You will be setting and agreeing clear profit and cash targets, highlighting and realising opportunities and compiling monthly management information (budgets, forecasts, business plans etc). You will also work closely with the Commercial team and will be a key point of contact for the various stakeholders involved. To succeed in the role you will have excellent accounting and communication skills. Construction and COINS experience is highly desirable.
