Job description
The permanent division of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting a Financial Controller for our client based in Northamptonshire. An excellent career opportunity to join this progressive and driven business as the Financial Controller in a leading organisation based in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will lead the budget process from an operational aspect. They review and improve the accuracy of the costing through the division. Along with managing a comprehensive Finance team whilst acting as a commercial business partner to the Senior Management team. The need to provide high quality financial models and financial/commercial advice is essential. Candidates will need to hold a professional accountancy qualification and have knowledge/experience of working with multi site organisations. You will be a strong technical Accountant with a sound understand of UK GAAP and IFRS. Salary & benefits: this position offers a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus.
