Job description
An organisation that has grown continuously for the last 3 years and plans to continue this for the next year is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to support the new FD. This is a fast-paced international business and requires someone with a well rounded skill-set. Your duties will include the following: managing the Finance team of circa 12; all aspects of financial and management reporting; cash flow management and forecasting; budgeting and detailed analysis of actuals; managing the internal controls and the external audit. The right candidate will need to be able to operate at this level with little supervision and be able to develop the role further. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and technical skills as well as the ability to add commercial value to the business as a whole. This is a fast-paced environment so requires someone who is comfortable in this kind of environment. In return this is a very exciting opportunity with a lot of growth potential for the right person.
