Job description
Our client, a niche services provider, are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to take responsibility for the financial management and control of all transactions and procedures across the group. Additionally, the successful applicant will closely support the FD in developing new, innovative strategies to be implemented across the business. Key duties will include managing the Financial Accounting teams, improving existing controls and processes, building sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial compliance, overseeing the audit process, implementing new KPIs and coaching and developing direct reports. Candidates will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with excellent technical ability. You must be able to motivate staff and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
