Job description
Robert Walters has been appointed to recruit a Financial Accountant on behalf of a successful, expanding business-to-business Service provider in Banbury. Reporting to the FD as part of the Management team you will be responsible for: monthly reporting to Group; preparation and delivery of financial reports to Management team; annual budget and operating plan preparation; periodic re-forecasting; management of Accounts Assistant; improvement to financial controls & procedures. You will have: extensive experience of financial reporting in subsidiaries of a listed/private equity owned company; budgeting/financial planning experience; cash management experience; excellent communication skills & business acumen; experience of managing a small team; good Excel skills. You will be a self-motivated, fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) individual with the ability to work in a large company within a small Accounts department.
