Job description
End to end solutions group, our client has an outstanding record of innovation driven growth. The recruitment of a Financial Controller will play an integral part of the Business Management team as the business expands further. Reporting to the FD but with wider exposure to the Management team, the appointee will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Finance function including reporting, planning and liaison with 3rd parties. Additionally, as part of key strategic relationships, there is an ongoing reporting requirement for customer and operational business areas, that brings a need to develop IT and deliver a step change in the speed of reporting as well as the quality of management information. As a qualified Accountant, you will have proven experience in general financial management and leadership as well as being able to show demonstrable success in the development of systems and managing change in a growing business.
