Job description
Robert Half Accounting and Finance is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a unique branded Manufacturing organisation in South Wales. This is a key management position requiring a determined and ambitious individual with a high level of commercial acumen and drive. You will be running the Finance department, which includes managing a team of 5 staff. Process the month end in, ensure all postings processed, settle all orders, reconcile balances, compile WIP report and finished goods, process depreciation, revalue debtors and creditors. The organisation runs a continuous improvement policy - so a passion for driving down costs and reviewing the accounting business process tools that do this is essential. In return you will be working for a world-class employer- within a committed team environment. Salary & benefits: £32,000 to £38,000 plus pension, 25 days’ holiday and PHI.
