Job description
Our client a leading UK Private Healthcare company requires an interim Divisional Financial Controller for a minimum 4 month contract at their Central South West London office. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the successful financial reporting of a division with £32m in turnover and consisting of 103 different sites. The ideal candidate will have retail, multi site or contracts relationships experience. They must be diligent, disciplined and have the gravitas to give a strategic financial focus to a Divisional Finance team and an Executive board. They will have excellent time management skills and the ability to divide their time equally between producing the daily accounts, managing 2 qualified Accountants, reviewing controls, providing future business recommendations and completing commercial projects with the FD and the Divisions Contract Director including presenting to Senior Managers and banks. Qualifications & skills required: qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA with relevant business experience; proven track record of working with senior teams at a Senior Executive level in a professional environment; collaborative capability and key business partnering skills; leadership skills demonstrating experience of organisational change management and implementation; strong commercial awareness experienced in devising and delivering business strategy; excellent communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders.
