Job description
Our client is an exciting, brand-driven FMCG business with a global presence in its specialist market. Due to sustained expansion and ambitious targets for continued growth, our client is now looking for a technically focused Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting directly in to the Finance Director, the role will assume full responsibility for financial reporting processes for the company’s European entities, managing a small team to deliver financial and management reporting and developing a robust financial control environment. Ideal candidates will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in an international FMCG or Manufacturing company. Strong regulatory experience is essential with a good knowledge of US GAAP preferred, while proven staff management skills and a genuine interest in nurturing and developing talent are key aspects of the role.
