Job description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting is exclusively recruiting a Manufacturing Factory Financial Controller for this immediately recognisable brand named FMCG organisation. As part of the continued evolution of the Finance team, this multi site role will be predominantly based in South Yorkshire accessible from East/West Riding and North Nottingham. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and functionally to the UK Group Finance Control you will provide financial management and support to site operational management incorporating supply chain, production and logistical control. Heading a team of 6 Accountants across 5 sites, you will work collaboratively with operations management to understand, drive, deliver and improve performance of the sites. More specifically business strategies, Capex project proposals, budgeting and forecasting. Qualified ACMA/ACCA or ACA you will have a demonstrable track record in manufacturing preferably in Food/FMCG. You will further be instrumental in shaping product profitability working closely with sales and marketing departments across the UK. This is a high profile role where you will be given autonomy to exert your influence in this fast-paced and fast moving organisation. My client will be conducting interviews during September.
