Job description
Investigo is looking for a Financial Controller to work for a market-leading organisation in Surrey. This role will see you providing leadership and financial control to the Finance Leaders and act as liaison between the intercontinental side of the business. Key responsibilities for this role will include: providing monthly financial performance, plans and reforecast for Europe; assimilate key issue analysis from across the business units for use at board level and creating 'value add' commentary; produce & review senior leadership reports; ensure reported information is in line with the corporate TM1 system; develop new graphic analysis to better illustrate the company positions; provide planning & forecast guidance to finance leads; review statutory accounts; provide technical guidance to Europe finance leads and control results to ensure consistency; balance sheet reviews. The successful candidate will be/have: a qualified Accountant with a solid academic background; a good all-rounder ideally with experience within a larger global organisation; experience of financial accounting, FP&A and business partnering is essential. Experience of US GAAP would be advantageous; excellent communication skills and who can build relationship across levels and departments; commercial acumen.
