Job description
ABPM as experts in Financial Recruitment has been instructed by a Manufacturer to locate an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Professional who has vast experience of Manufacturing to join a forward-thinking & progressive organisation as a Financial Controller. This role is commutable from Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire & West Midlands. Duties: review & implement controls & protocols; management & financial accounting; cost accounting & analysis; support Operational & Senior Management; review & implement controls & protocols; liaise effectively with Manufacturing team; build & maintain cross functional relationships at all levels; budgets & forecasts; P&L; cash flow forecasts; manage, develop & motivate staff. Experience: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; proven experience of the Manufacturing sector; proven experience of networking across business streams; proven experience of working through to Senior Management & Boards of Directors; possess excellent communication skills - verbal & written; driven, proactive and hands-on; experience of implementing new ERP Systems; knowledge of working within a fast-paced & pressurised environment; able to think on their feet/think laterally; proven organisation, passion & determination; proven management & development of staff.
