Job description
This Manufacturing business based in Wiltshire has won three of the UK's top distributors as clients and is looking to double its turnover over the next three years, becoming the key player in its field. The FD is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to act as his right hand person, managing the team, driving through change at an operational level, reviewing costs and increasing bottom line profitability. The role will involve reviewing systems and processes to improve efficiencies, and will require a strong people Manager to manage and liaise with various parts of the business. An experienced Finance Manager or Controller, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of automating processes to drive through efficiencies within a medium sized business, a 'doer' with a hands-on and proactive nature who is able to identify potential improvements and manage change. You will demonstrate strong systems skills, with preferably a CIMA qualification under your belt. This is an exciting time to get on board this growing organisation.
