Job description
A Financial Controller is required to undertake this critical role in what is a thriving business. Taking the Finance lead and ultimately reporting to the FD, you will be charged with full responsibility for all reporting and process improvement matters within finance. You must hold a professional accounting qualification or be in the latter stages of your studies with a strong passing record at exams. Furthermore, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that afford you the chance to deal with the stakeholders at large within the business. My client is a well-known name within its sector and has built a strong brand name. They are experiencing a period of growth and as such it is vital they appoint not only the right immediate solution but also someone with strong long-term prospects. Given circumstances, this role is initially offered as an interim to permanent role, you must therefore be immediately available or on no more than one weeks notice. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based Finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
This position is being advertised by an employment business in the case of temporary positions and an employment agency in the case of permanent positions.
