Job description

My client is a fast-growing independent E&P company, targeting emerging markets with a strategic focus on Africa and the Middle East. Having become one of the largest and fastest growing independent oil producers in West Africa, a role has been created for a suitably qualified Finance Manager based in Nigeria. This is a visible, high profile role with a large remit. Working directly with the MD you will have full operational exposure, a capital expenditure of £1 billion for 2008 and full financial control. All areas of financial and management accounts, budgets, forecasts and management of the site day to day along with the MD. The organisation is growing at a healthy pace ever widening the remit and the career opportunity within. A commercially astute individual with natural business acumen is needed for this role. You must have industry relevant experience and overseas exposure is preferred.
