Job description
Our Client, one of the area’s leading employers, a FTSE listed, household name brand that has recently achieved excellent results in continually tough climate, currently has an excellent opening for a FP&A Manager. Managing a team of c7-10 heads and working closely with various FDs and the UK CFO, you will lead the reporting and analysis processes across a variety of business units, improving the coordination of activities and enabling clear reporting of performance drivers for the consolidated UK & Ireland businesses. You will provide a variety of reports including KPI performance analysis and business information reporting to both commercial and senior finance stakeholders. Ultimately you will be involved with initiatives which directly enhance customer satisfaction and profitability across the major brands. Key Duties will include: responsibility for Performance Evaluation across commercial areas; leading Performance Reporting and ensuring delivery of strategic financial targets; forecasting; cash & Balance Sheet reporting-GAP Management; leading Budgeting & 5 Year Plan. The successful candidate will be a degree educated, qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with first time passes and an excellent academic background. You will have a proven track record of achievement and progression working within a leading FTSE 250 listed retail, service or FMCG entity. You will have the gravitas and communication skills to lead a large team of dynamic PQ and Qualified Accountants in a rapidly changing and progressive environment.
