Job description
Our client is looking for a qualified Accountant or equivalent who is focused on the management of budgeting/forecasting processes and on the administration of co-funding from inception through to receipt of funds. Reporting to the Head of Finance. Key skills: forecasting and budgeting in a complex environment; highly numerate; excellent Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumif, filters, sorting); working to a high standard, presenting relevant, reliable and meaningful information; analyse variances to forecast and budget; prepare monthly grant expense re-forecasts; managing the risk of financial loss, sign off on the prepare of invoices, grant claims; strong influencing skills and to be able to challenge Senior FDs.
