Job description
A global business based in Camberley is recruiting exclusively with Robert Half International to recruit an FP&A Manager to join its existing Finance team. This organisation is a market leader and had been through some exciting growth over the last three years. This position would suit someone who is looking to really drive commercial value, there is lots of exposure in this role to add value, drive and inspire a team and support the Senior Management team. The successful FP&A Manager will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and have a strong commercial background. Key responsibilities will include managing a team of 4 Analysts, taking full responsibility of the financial planning, long and short term budgets, strategic planning and initiating commercial analysis on geographical markets and product performance. This role also has an element of financial reporting the ideal candidate will be a strong Finance Manager with a commercial mindset. This business is looking for someone who wants a long and successful career with an ambitious organisation. Salary & benefits: £55,000 - £65,000 plus £7k car allowance and performance bonus.
