Job description
This high profile Publishing business, a division of a renowned FTSE 100 global Media Brand, has an outstanding opportunity for an FP&A Manager at their head office in Central London. Reporting to the FD, the role will encompass not only responsibility for ensuring that the objectives of the FP&A function and team are met, but also genuine partnership with the wider business, providing insight and analysis to support the Commercial Leaders. You will be interpreting and commenting upon financial performance, sales commissions and analytics in order to drive process improvements across the business, so this role will have very high internal visibility and will only suit candidates with a genuinely inspirational leadership style. The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified from the ‘Big 4’, with exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the proven ability to partner cross functionally and communicate effectively and succinctly with non-Finance Managers to achieve tangible results.
