Job description

Our client is a FTSE 100 multinational with sales of over £9 billion and employing over 80,000 people. The business is now looking to recruit a Business Planning and Analysis Manager in one of their biggest divisions. Reporting to the FD of one of the divisions, you will be responsible for: overall ownership of budgeting and forecasting; developing understanding of the key drivers of the business performance; working closely with the Supply Chain Director in managing the cost base, planning capital investment programmes and measuring asset performance. The successful candidate will be a qualified and commercially strong Accountant with significant practical experience of problem solving and ability to see both the big picture and manage the detail. You will have experience of budgeting and forecasting with strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to challenge in a constructive manner. Most importantly, you will have excellent communication skills to interact effectively across the business and the desire to succeed at Finance Director level.
