Job description

A Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is required for a leading international Hotel organisation to provide financial & commercial support for its UK & European business. A newly appointed role, the successful candidate will be accountable for a financial planning team of four. Reporting to the Director of Operational Finance your key responsibilities will include: managing the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting responsibilities for UK & European business units; providing financial reporting support to Hotels & Regional teams; to implement and manage departmental processes and procedures to ensure strategies and directives are carried out effectively; to proactively act as a Business Partner on commercial and operational projects. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant, ideally from a Big 4 Practice with an outstanding academic track record. You will be confident, excellent interpersonally with a natural ability to proactively build strong relationships in a fast-paced international business. It is highly likely that you will have previously managed a small team and also possess a proven background in financial planning and analysis.
