Job description
An entrepreneurial and growing medium sized internet business, with an exceptional brand name and enjoyable working culture, is looking for its next FP&A Manager to be based in Windsor, Berkshire. This business is truly an inspirational one, having developed a working culture that would be the envy of most businesses. As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for: preparation of the forecast for P&L on a monthly basis and forecast pack; responsibility for maintaining and updating the long range cash flow forecast; preparation of annual budget for the business and high level strategic plan over a 3-5 year time span; commentary and distribution of the P&L results for the month; preparation of schedules for the monthly board pack; calculation of Partner team’s commission and employee bonus accruals each month; development of reports to support business requirements, eg breakeven analysis, weekly dashboard template; identification of trends and analysis to highlight issues within the business and potential courses of action to maximise/minimise the impact of trends seen, as appropriate; managing and developing the Financial Analyst within the team; supporting the FD as and when required; ad hoc analysis as required. To be successful in your application, you should have strong FP&A and Commercial finance experience. You will be qualified (for example CIMA or ACCA or similar) and have worked for a well known or branded business. Experience in online will be a massive plus, but by no means a prerequisite as it is expected that few candidates will have previous sector experience.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
This position is being advertised by an employment business in the case of temporary positions and an employment agency in the case of permanent positions.
