Job description
Financial Reporting Analyst/blue chip property company/Central London. This prestigious business manages and invests in office and retail investment property in the UK and Europe. They are now ideally seeking a high calibre and commercially aware qualified chartered accountants who are able to communicate effectively with non finance and senior colleagues. You will be responsible for financial forecasting and reporting on key area of their property portfolio including developing, maintaining and improving the financial forecasting model and the year end reporting. Successful candidates are expected to progress quickly in this performance focused environment.
