Job description
Hudson is currently recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager for this market leader. Based out of their Camberley HQ, the role will have direct responsibility for the financial planning & reporting of a business with revenues of approx £150m. Salary offered is expected to be £50k-£60k plus £6k car plus bonus. Role will include: developing and mentoring team of 3 Analysts; coordination of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for the business unit; provide accurate data for local consolidations, covering the P&L, balance sheet & cash flow; work with Senior Managers preparing detailed budgets, forecasts & reporting; lead the month end process and make recommendations to senior management around business performance against the full year forecast; balance sheet reconciliations and analysis, ensuring effective control practices are in place. Suitable candidates will have a strong work ethic, passion for developing people and effective communication skills. You will need to be a qualified Accountant who has worked in a commercial environment, preferably supporting a sales & marketing function.
