Job description
An excellent opportunity to join a Insurance business based in the City. The company are recognised as a strong brand with a supportive environment and good team ethic. This will initially start as a 6-month position but could become permanent in the future. You will be successfully selected for this role if you ideally have an Insurance background with financial and management accounting experience at a Finalist/qualified level. The responsibilities will involve the following: production of financial and management accounts; strong involvement in quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, and delivery within tight reporting deadlines; balance sheet reporting, expense management and other ad hoc requests; assisting with FSA returns; ad hoc analysis and you will need you to manage deadlines and expectations with them. The role will provide you with excellent reporting experience and some exposure to business facing. You will therefore need to be confident in dealing with different levels of seniority and have excellent interpersonal skills.
