Job description
Our client is a small Charity and they are currently looking for a strong Financial & Management Accountant for their head office team. This is a highly responsible role as the successful candidate will be accountable for the year end statutory accounts and will report directly to the FD. Responsibilities include: preparation of financial accounts and management information, annual statutory accounts, VAT, reconciliations, and finance reports; liaise with senior management providing them with financial information and actively promote improved financial awareness across the business; oversee a small part-qualified team - reviewing work and performance. Person: fully qualified ACCA/CIMA with strong hands-on financial reporting experience and technical knowledge; hands-on experience of producing year end statutory accounts and management information; outgoing personality, able to fit in and lead within a best practice culture; excellent communicator and able to communicate at all levels.
