Job description
One of the UK’s most successful Investment Management Groups is looking to hire a Fund Accountant to report to the Senior Manager of MFA Fund Operations. The focus on this role will be the oversight of annual and semi-annual reporting and accounting for the SICAV and Unit trusts. This opportunity will additionally provide you with an opportunity to get involved in the preparations and ongoing review of the budget for SICAV. A core element of this role will be to continually work on the review of portfolio turnover ratios and total expense ratios. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the fund management space and act as a Fund Accountant whilst reviewing the currency hedging calculations. You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or an MBA) and have previous experience in the investment management space. You will be business aware, pro-active and commercial with strong analytical and report writing skills.
