Job description
Blusource Finance is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in the Midlands, this is a lengthy contract role for which we are seeking a candidate with significant Local Government experience. We are ideally looking for a candidate with experience of final accounts closure. This role would suit an experienced interim Accountant or a candidate seeking a temporary to permanent role as over the course of the 12 months, other opportunities may arise. The role will involve; leading final accounts closure, budget preparation, VAT, handling insurance matters and leading a small team.
