Job description
As Group Cash and Liquidity Manager, you will be responsible for the cash and debt positions, and the short and medium term cash forecasting processes. Other areas of responsibility will include internal and external reporting, intercompany loans, assisting the Treasury department on projects and acquisitions and delivering continuous improvement across all treasury processes. This is a pivotal role within a small team closely involved with all that is happening within the Group Finance department. In return, you can expect lots of exposure to key personnel and the chance to drive treasury strategy and best practice in a market-leading FMCG business. Main responsibilities: devising and implementing a strategy for the deployment of liquidity across the business, ensuring that subsidiary cash management meets best practice standards; manage and develop the Group’s short term and medium term cash forecasts to accommodate multiple entities and currencies; administering compliance with external loan documentation and terms, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to external debt providers; managing the Group’s bank accounts, working-capital facilities and overdrafts with banks and maintaining an accurate database of documentation. Candidate requirements: AMCT; ACA/ACCA/CIMA (desirable); considerable experience in multi currency cash forecasting and debt and liquidity management.
