Job description
The permanent division of Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting for a Group Corporate Finance Manager on behalf of a dynamic organisation from within a significant growth industry based in Milton Keynes. As Group Corporate Finance Manager you will be looking for an opportunity to assist in the growth of a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment of a high growth PE backed business. Day-to-day duties will consist of: supporting the Group FC and CFO in all aspects of planning for an executing the Groups ongoing fund raising initiatives; development of the long-term business plan; interacting with stakeholders to support in preparation of a wide range of investor and external communications; liaising with investors, finance partners and banks; preparation of ad hoc financial models support business plans and investment decisions; bid support and ongoing development of the Group pricing model; development of Group finance projects and other ad hoc tasks. You will be degree qualified and have a recognised accountancy qualification with a good working knowledge of investment appraisal techniques, pricing models and ideally have exposure to a corporate finance or transaction based role.
