Job description
Our client, a fast-growing Technology business seeks a hands-on, commercially focused Group Finance Director to drive the business forward. They will manage all aspects of group finance with support from national FDs. Proactive control and improvement of all financial procedures will be required, while the candidate will work closely with the most senior management in the business, providing and defending the final incarnations of forecasts, KPIs and management accounts. Ownership of the audit, in partnership with External Auditors will be taken, while direct relationships must be maintained with suppliers and customers. The candidate will also have investor credibility, building and maintaining relationships with the banks to ensure the continued growth of the Group. The successful candidate will have the highest standard of interpersonal and organisational skills, as staff and stakeholder management will be the key to success in the role. Equally, they must be outstanding Analysts, identifying key business drivers and delivering maximum value advice in the commercial context. They will have a strong track record in senior finance roles and have a PQE, being experienced in a fast-moving and expanding business.
