Job description
Our client is a private equity backed Business Services organisation generating revenue in excess of £150m. The company wishes to appoint a Group FD who will report directly to the CEO. A number of divisional Financial Controllers will report to the Group FD. Applicants will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience; have held or currently hold the No 1 group finance role, business services is highly desirable, have worked for a company backed by private equity, leverage experience, corporate finance including raising debt, M&A, disposals and restructuring.
