Job description
Our client is a highly successful AIM listed PLC currently delivering in excess of £40m profit and intends to progress to a full listing within 12 months. They have grown both organically through strong commercial management but more quickly through multiple acquisitions and rapid integration with subsequent cost savings. This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s most dynamic fast growing businesses, which should provide unrivalled career opportunities. Following continued growth they are now looking to recruit a high calibre Group Finance Manager who has the ability and drive to quickly move into a subsidiary FD position. The role will be responsible for all financial and statutory reporting and ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the corporate and business strategies are supported by budgeting, forecasting, planning and control processes suitable for a business going through change. Experience of restructuring and complex consolidations highly useful as the business continues to grow through acquisition. The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant with the hunger and ambition to cut their teeth commercially in this role and will fit into the culture of this fast-paced dynamic group. They will be able to combine a passion for detail and first class financial reporting with strong commercial flair, and also possess the flexibility to respond quickly and positively to the wide variety of challenges that will come their way.
