Job description
As a Group Financial Accountant reporting to the Group FC, some of your key responsibilities will include: performing monthly consolidations of group financials, including detailed balance sheet reconciliations and reviews; develop quarterly external financial reporting pack as well as managing annual and quarterly reporting processes; maintaining monthly journals under IFRS managing the year end consolidation audit; conducting consolidation adjustments and analysis of group consolidated balance sheet, P&L and local ledgers; monthly management accounts for all group business units; supporting the implementation from SUN to Cognos to accurately deliver financial statements. The jobholder will be a highly visible member of the Finance department so we are looking for a confident individual with excellent technical accounting knowledge alongside strong analytical skills who will be comfortable interfacing with senior management, including the Group CFO and other stakeholders.
