Job description
With operations throughout the world, this multinational manufacturing organisation has continued to thrive and have strong organic growth. They are looking for an ACA qualified Accountant to undertake this new role as Group Accountant at their Yorkshire HQ. Reporting to the Group FC and working in a small Executive team this exciting opportunity will be responsible for a variety of tasks from group reporting to implementing process improvements. Other duties will include compilation of financial reporting to Board, coordinating the global reporting processes. Specifically this will include an analysis of key global financial information and performance measures in addition to the consolidation of group financial position and forecasting process. A qualified Accountant, you will have sound technical accounting knowledge with significant experience in consolidations and GAAP/IFRS reporting. An ability to effectively communicate to all levels and commercially influence the business is essential in the success of this pivotal role.
