Job description
This well-established and very successful Cambridge based business has an opening for a Group Financial Controller to assist with the ongoing growth, development and change management within the business. Responsibilities: ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of monthly management accounts; managing an efficient and diverse Finance team; budgeting and forecasting; development of internal controls and reporting systems; deputising for the FD as required and becoming part of the Senior Management team within the business. The successful candidate will be an established Financial Controller with a proven track record in developing efficient dynamic teams and integrating the Finance function to become an integral part of the business, rather than a back office function. You will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with an extemporary career history and excellent interpersonal skills. Please contact Toby Briant on phone to discuss.
