Job description
Our client are a global business-to-business multi-platform media group, who provide news, online and offline publications, conferences, awards, exhibitions, festivals, data and intelligence services. As Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: management of the Group’s financial and management reporting, responsible for balance sheet control across the Group; Group accounting manual and processes; identify and implement new processes to streamline and improve current financial and management reporting; to be an inspirational and motivating leader managing all aspects of reporting and financial systems development alongside the Finance Projects Manager; lead and manage the relationship with Financial Control in India on a day to day basis, working closely with Head of Service Delivery; management of audit process; develop and maintain Group accounting manual. You will ideally be a Chartered Accountant with up to date Technical IFRS knowledge who can provide an advisory service to CFO and business finance teams.
