Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Group Financial Controller to join a high-growth, innovative Plc. My client is a listed service group who have revolutionised their industry with an ethical stance and innovative leadership giving impressive, organic growth of 50% per annum. Reporting to the Group FD, with exposure to the CEO, you will be instrumental in the future development of the business. Full responsibility for all aspects of the Finance function but also a driving force in business improvement, growth management and being the operational/commercial finance voice on the Board. You’ll have demonstrable exposure leading a Finance function within a Financial Services environment, but personal attributes and experience will really set you apart. You’ll have a discernible track record of success as a finance leader within a similar business, and have absolute understanding of what it takes to be ‘one of the best’ which will make you stand out from the crowd and pave your route to Group FD within 3 years.
