Job description
Client is AIM quoted (2004) marcomms group specialising in Healthcare, Technology & Telecoms, Financial Services and Property. 180 staff, 5 divisions, 14 operations. Past four years’ growth: 30-50% per annum. High quality management information needed to set expansion strategy, manage growth, allocate resources. Based in Bucks., reports to Group FD. Tasks include: complete the re-design of monthly/quarterly management reports including KPIs across future and historic data; extract monthly data from the Adserve systems, populate management accounts formats; analyse/quality check results including consolidated reconciliations with financial statements; discuss monthly results with business heads; prepare variance analysis and commentaries; prepare unaudited published interim financial statements; prepare audited published Year End financial statements; liaise with auditors; assist GFD with board meeting and broker research data; prepare ad hoc acquisition related analyses and scenarios for GFD.
