Job description
A £ multibillion organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist. Reporting to the Group Director of Corporate Finance, you will play a key role in all M&A, joint venture and disposal work across this high profile listed group both locally and overseas. Working closely with all aspects of the business including the Group Board, Business Unit CEO’s and External Advisors, you will identify strategic opportunities; develop the deal strategy; provide negotiation leadership; advise on optimum commercial structure; perform valuation work; engage with the investment banking community, utilising where necessary. With extensive corporate finance experience, you will have executed transactions and led on negotiations within investment banking, technology, media, telecoms or the Big 4 and also have experience of VC backed investments/structures/approaches and capital markets. This is a high profile and demanding role within a globally recognised and extremely ‘active’ brand.
