Job description
The client is a unique Pharmaceutical business based in Hertfordshire. They have grown significantly and require a high calibre, commercial, qualified Head of Finance to drive process change and continue pushing the business forward. Due to the unique way the business is led and managed they have built a strong reputation in their sector as well as a financially robust, growing business. They have a clear vision of the way the charity should be run, the direction in which the business should be going and how they want to achieve it. We need a commercially aware and bright Head of Finance to help continue this growth and vision. The key purpose of this position is to embed financial & commercial management culture within the business whilst keeping the core vision and values of the business transparent throughout. You will be delivering a comprehensive finance and business support service, monitoring the financial performance of the group and advising the board, Directors and Senior Managers ensuring the Group financial plan is achieved. You will have a strong accounting and operational background, an accountancy qualification and good leadership and management skills so that you can influence, negotiate and drive this business forward in a commercial fashion ensuring future growth is managed and built upon.
