Job description

As a member of the Board, you will be responsible for: managing the Finance unit - a team of 40 staff including Country Managers across Europe. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, security and integrity of company assets, maximise return on investment by management of working capital and optimising business performance combined with aggressive cost control, implement a sustainable control environment, evaluate investment decisions and provide strategic advice. To be eligible for this high profile specialist vacancy, please ensure you meet the following criteria: CCAB qualified Accountant or equivalent; extensive IPO experience; extensive experience of due diligence, exit strategies, and leading sales of companies; experience as a senior finance professional; experience of working in a public listed company; extensive managerial experience with larger teams; expertise to evaluate investment decisions; experience in providing strategic advice; you will need to be well organised, proactive, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication and good presentation skills. This vacancy is based in Prague.
