Job description
My client is a market leading Defence Services company with an enviable reputation within the sector. They are looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Head of Finance. Managing a team of two, reporting directly to the divisional CFO, you will ensure financial transparency and consistency of information to senior management and divisional finance. Main areas of responsibility will include: monthly reporting and forecasting, planning, budgetary control, finance interface to operational management and ad hoc duties. The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant with strong management accounting/financial control experience with a background in a large accountancy firm or industrial group. With the ability to work within a complex and challenging environment, you will be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines. Team/Personal Management experience from within an International environment would be advantageous. What is on offer: in addition to base salary a pension and company.
