This is a chance to take the leading finance role at a major autism charity.
We are based in Edgbaston, with 250 staff doing inspirational work for people across the autism spectrum, including residential care, supported living, family support, education, employment and training.
We have a fresh Management team, a committed and supportive group of Trustees, and we need a commercially-minded qualified Accountant to lead a small Finance team and play a major part in the strategic development of the charity.
As well as seeing the big picture, you will be comfortable at all levels of detail, including financial modelling, business planning, processes, and management and statutory accounts. A good negotiator, you will oversee contracts and have company secretarial responsibilities. Reporting to the Chief Executive, and with direct access to Trustees, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team.
