Job description

Head of Finance and Business Support

NICEIC Group is looking for an experienced Accountant/financial professional to lead our finance function and provide strategic direction to the business.

NICEIC Group is not only a well-established regulatory body in the electrical contracting industry; we’re also an international certification business with offices and joint ventures around the world. Your role will be pivotal in powering our continued success, growth and profitability.

In this role you will provide leadership to our Finance team and to the business itself – bringing clarity to financial information and ensuring informed decision-making at a strategic level. To put it simply, you’ll drive change. The change that you’ll be part of will need to be sustainable and achieved by influencing others about the power and importance of numbers. It’s a remit that will see you reporting management accounts across the group, offering business support to Line Managers and working closely with Business Units on budget planning and reforecasts.

This will be a challenge that will have a positive impact on both our future and your own career. You’ll build on your financial expertise, make full use of your ACA qualification and implement your knowledge of financial and statutory reporting and compliance. So, as well as credibility at this senior level, you’ll need considerable change-management experience and the ability to improve bottom line performance.

To apply, please send your CV with a covering letter indicating current remuneration via email.

Closing date: 10th July 2009.
