Job description
Due to continued success and growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Financial Services business based in Dorset. CMA is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Head of Finance & Projects position within the investment management arm of this successful organisation. We are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual with a successful track record of managing major transformation and change projects together with experience of sourcing and building talented teams within the work force. Reporting to the FD and working closely with the CEO, preferably you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant with experience of investment/fund management gained within a Financial Services business. Commercially adept with the ability to lead and inspire others, you will be able to demonstrate previous knowledge of project management including the implementation and improvement of major systems. The ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of current FSA regulatory compliance and reporting requirements would also be advantageous. A continuing success story in a highly competitive marketplace, our client has differentiated itself with their delivery of excellent results and insight to the needs of the customer.
