Job description
A leading global General Insurance company is looking for a Head of Financial Operations and Investments. This is an exciting role, reporting to the FD. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of approximately 50. Main responsibilities for this role include: managing all aspects of credit management, schemes and instalments, overseeing the cashiering function, managing the outsourced relationships for investments, ensuring capital adequacy, along with implementation of appropriate controls and processes. This role also includes a high level of relationship building with senior staff of key trading partners to order to understand financial positioning and will include being a member of the risk, credit risk and investment committee. You must be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with in-depth staff management experience. My client is looking for an individual with the ambition to build a progressive career in Financial Services and for this role Insurance experience is preferable.
