Job description
My client is a large market leading organisation with an enviable reputation. Due to its continued success it is currently looking to source a Head of Internal Audit to help drive forward its high profile operations across the UK. Reporting to the FD you will be operating on a nationwide basis. This position also relies on a functional reporting line to Group Risk Management and Assurance. You will have a strong background within internal audit and will have successfully managed teams to improve performance. This role involves working with a range of stakeholders to bolster the profile of audit within the organisation and to further enhance internal processes and controls. In addition to these qualifications, you will be ambitious and will possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong written and oral communication and the ability to be proactive and encourage others are also required.
